Supports highly complex SLA's


Metrician combines ease of use with elaborate algorithms that place no limits on the complexity of your SLA's. It allows for unlimited breakdown of KPI's and quality indicators. Aggregation algorithms are definable on every level. Measureable indicators can be created systemwide or for certain contracts only. Supports a wide variety of indicator types, like numerical, boolean, subjective scales, count-negatives, scores etc. etc.

Easily and rapidly adaptable


Metrician can function off the shelf, but its scalable and flexible design allows for swift adaptations that are fit for your situation. This means:
  • integration into the existing technological architecture
  • connection to current data-entry connectors
  • consolidation with existing reports (HTML graphs, XLS exports, webservices, PDF reports, OLAP-excel integration etc)

    Naturally, Metrician will tell you if service level agreements are met, or not. But the real insights are gained when data is zoomed in upon, filtered or compared. Reports can be navigated and printed. The graphical representations can be browsed through using unlimited breakdown navigation.

    The familiar webbrowsing user interface lets you log in and navigate Metrician on the fly, whether you are in the office or using your palmtop. Whenever you want, whereever you are online. No installation or update procedures are required.

    Intuitive interface


    Built on tested usability principles, the interface directs users to their individual goals. Helpful splash pages are created for any user in any role, whilst automated notification messages and reminders support both individual workload and the workflow. Content specific help is available on every page.

    Solid security management


    Metrician is built on top of a security system that allows for configurable roles and responsibilities. There are no limits to the number of users, and for each of them, audit trails that show access and updates can be switched on or off.

    Reflects your organisational structure


    No organisational structure is too complex to be caught in Metrician. You can define any number or kind of contract owner or customer, and structure them hierarchically, geografically or both. Users can be assigned to specific suppliers or customers. Timezone variations are carefully handled in notifications, reporting and planning.

    Define and assign contracts


    Manage a wide range of contracts that can be customer specific, supplier contracts or system wide contracts. The continuous insight gained from contracts and indicator usage statistics lets you create meaningful service level agreements and overall contracts. Upcoming contracts can be planned ahead.

    Data entry or automated import


    The system will only crunch the metrics you feed it. But you can decide how. Whether you prefer manual input or automated through serial, HTML, PDA/WIFI, smartphone/UMTS; if you provide the metrics, Metrician will provide the service level.
