Gather Data. Measuring performance.

In many cases, performance data is already available within the organisation. This can be imported automatically, so no double work is done. Data that is not available can be sampled. A minimum acceptable amount of samples is suggested conforming a predefined margin of error. These samples can be entered online via your company intranet, imported via spreadsheets, entered via a PDA/Smartphone etc. etc.
