The Service Level Agreement contract.

An SLA contract can use a wide variety of indicators, like "percentage ontime", "phone answered within 4 rings", "number of lost luggage per month". Each indicator can be assigned to a division or even a useraccount. Reminders will be sent if no data is entered within a certain interval.
Apart from defining indicators that are agreed upon within an SLA contract, Metrician allows you to add extra indicators for internal monitoring.
