Sampling is the gathering of data for monitoring your service level agreements. Metrician can help you defined sample ratio's based on acceptable margins of error. We can re-use your existing data and set up procedures to acquire new sample data. In case sampling is not yet part of your business we can provide this for you as well (as of yet only in the Netherlands). Outsourcing sampling will:
