By defining your organisational structure each division within your organisation can be assigned their fair share in the overall impression.
If your customer has separate SLA contract with multiple division within your organisation that's fully supported.
The Contract
An SLA contract can use a wide variety of indicators, like "percentage ontime", "phone answered within 4 rings", "number of lost lugage per month". Each indicator can be assigned to a division or even a useraccount. Reminders will be sent if no data is entered within a certain interval.
Apart from defining indicators are agreed upon within an SLA contract, Metrician allows you to add extra indicators for internal monitoring.
Gather Data
Often part of the performance data is already available within your organisation.
This can be imported automatically so no double work is done.
Data that is not available can sampled. Using a predefined margin
of error a minimum acceptable amount of samples is suggested.
These samples can be entered online via you company intranet, imported via spreadsheets, entered via a PDA/Smartphone etc. etc.
Monitor and report
From the gathered data predefined reports can be generated at regular intervals.
When available data can be connected directly to your existing reporting tools, like Hyperion or Tableau software.
Analyse data
By analysing trends, applying filters, aggregating or drilling down and comparing results you
know exactly how each part of your organisation is performing.
Improve
Based on actual data you can increase the efficiency within your organisation,
know your sellingpoints or renegotiate targets with existing customers.
Objective data is also the best basis for an employee competence system
for use in fairly distribution bonusses to key employees.
